Anahuac has gone 10-0 against Warren recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Anahuac Panthers will square off against the Warren Warriors at 7:00 p.m.

It was a proper cat-fight when Anahuac challenged Kountze on Tuesday. Anahuac had to suffer through a 108-39 loss at the hands of Kountze. While losing is never fun, the Panthers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 1062nd, while the Lions are ranked 99th).

Meanwhile, Warren came into Tuesday's match having lost six straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They came out on top against Kirbyville by a score of 46-37 on Tuesday.

Anahuac has also traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-15 record this season. As for Warren, their win ended a seven-game drought on the road and puts them at 5-23.

Anahuac didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Warren when the teams last played on January 7th, but they still walked away with a 46-42 victory. Will Anahuac repeat their success, or does Warren have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
