Baseball Recap: Ringgold Comes Up Short

After flying high against Albert Gallatin last Wednesday, Ringgold came back down to earth. The Rams fell just short of the West Mifflin Titans by a score of 1-0 on Monday. The defeat continues a trend for the Rams in their meetings with the Titans: they've now lost five in a row.

Ringgold's loss dropped their record down to 4-7. As for West Mifflin, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 10-3.

While Ringgold had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
