Walton is a perfect 7-0 against Wheeler since March of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Walton Raiders will look to defend their home pitch against the Wheeler Wildcats at 6:00 p.m. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Walton comes in on three and Wheeler on four.

Wheeler better have a healthy lead at halftime, because if last week is any indication, that's when Walton really gets things going. Walton's defense stepped up to hand North Cobb a 5-0 shutout on Friday. The Raiders might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six matches by three goals or more this season.

Meanwhile, Wheeler won against Marietta on Friday with two goals and they decided to stick to that goal total again on Tuesday. Wheeler came out on top against Sprayberry by a score of 2-0. That looming 2-0 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Wildcats yet this season.

Wheeler's win bumped their record up to 4-6. As for Walton, their victory bumped their record up to 10-1.

Everything went Walton's way against Wheeler in their previous matchup back in March of 2024, as Walton made off with a 5-0 win. Does Walton have another victory up their sleeve, or will Wheeler turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
