Football Recap: Concord Yellowjackets vs. Pittsford Wildcats
After flying high against Morenci last Friday, Concord came back down to earth. The Yellowjackets lost 44-24 to the Pittsford Wildcats on Friday. The matchup marked the Yellowjackets' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.
Gavin Riske threw for 146 yards and one touchdown. Nathan Fritz was his top target, picking up 87 receiving yards. On the ground, Trenton Frazer rushed for 98 yards and a pair of scores.
Concord's defeat dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Pittsford, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 5-1.
