Softball Recap: Ector Has No Trouble Against Era

The Ector Eagles got the win against the Era Hornets on Tuesday by a conclusive 16-2. The result was nothing new for the Eagles, who have now won three contests by ten runs or more so far this season.

Ector now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Era, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last nine games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-9 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Ector will host Dodd City at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Era, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Bryson at 11:00 a.m. on the 14th.
