Football Recap: Providence Day Finds Playoff Glory Versus Charlotte Christian

Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Providence Day walked away with it. They took their matchup on Friday with ease, bagging a 42-6 win over the Charlotte Christian Knights. The result was nothing new for the Chargers, who have now won 12 contests by 21 points or more so far this season.

Leading Providence Day to victory were Aidan Gallos and Zaid Lott. Gallos gained 162 total yards and two touchdowns, while Lott threw for 206 yards and three touchdowns. The dominant performance also gave Gallos a new career-high in rushing yards (132).
