With a playoff win on the line, Arlington Heights rose to the challenge on Thursday. They took down the Monterey Plainsmen 56-41. Winning may never get old, but the Yellowjackets sure are getting used to it with their fifth in a row.

Arlington Heights was led to victory by Carmelo Carter and Carson James. Carter rushed for 160 yards and four touchdowns, while James rushed for 222 yards and a pair of scores while picking up 7.4 yards per carry. James is crushing it when it comes to rushing yards: he's rushed for at least 124 every time he's taken the field this season. Jack Evans was in the mix as well, providing Arlington Heights with two TDs.
