Gavin Crowder turned in yet another pitching appearance with fewer than three walks surrendered on Monday. He didn't allow a single hit and allowed only one earned run while striking out seven over 4.2 innings pitched. He also allowed no hits, which is notable because Valley Heights is 2-1 when he allows at most three hits, but 1-5 otherwise.

Crowder's effort led Valley Heights over Onaga and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
