Baseball Recap: Bloomer Extends Road Winning Streak to Five

Bloomer had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Monday. They came out on top against the Unity Eagles by a score of 10-6. The Blackhawks have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Eagles, too.

Bloomer pushed their record up to 10-3 with the victory, which was their fifth straight on the road. The road wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.6 runs on average over those games. As for Unity, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-7.

Coming up, Bloomer will head out to challenge Cadott at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Unity, they will host Siren at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Dragons have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 14.17 runs per game on average), something the Eagles will no doubt try to take advantage of.
