Softball Recap: Clarkstown North Comes Up Short

If Clarkstown North was riding high fresh off their 10-4 takedown of Nyack on Saturday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Rams came up short against the Ketcham Storm on Saturday, falling 19-2. The Rams were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Storm apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in May of 2024.

Marlee Levin made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with one home run and one double.

Clarkstown North's defeat dropped their record down to 10-6. As for Ketcham, their victory was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-1.

Looking ahead, Clarkstown North will welcome Nanuet at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Ketcham, they will head out to square off against Arlington at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The Admirals will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something the Storm surely won't give up without a fight.
