Calhoun scored the most runs they've had this season on Saturday, but it wasn't enough. They fell 15-12 to the South Harrison Hawks. The Red Devils were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Hawks earlier this season, when they won 5-4.

Calhoun's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for South Harrison, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-4.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Calhoun will welcome Roane County at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Roane County has struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 8.25 runs per game on average), something Calhoun will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for South Harrison, they will be playing in front of their home fans against St. Marys at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
