Pinelands Regional extended their road winning streak to 17 games dating back to last season thanks to a huge performance from Jayla Kline. The Wildcats came out on top against the Brick Memorial Mustangs by a score of 2-0 on Monday for which the team can thank Kline, who had 14 digs and six aces. She has been hot recently, having posted 11 or more digs the last three times she's played.

While Pinelands Regional won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the first set they played. The final score came out to 25-22, 25-14.

Pinelands Regional's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Jayda Quigley led the charge by getting seven digs and two aces. The team also got some help courtesy of Madison Wilbert, who had seven kills and one block.

Pinelands Regional's win bumped their record up to 14-0. As for Brick Memorial, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-3.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Pinelands Regional will challenge rival Southern Regional at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Brick Memorial is set to face off against their familiar foe Central Regional at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
