Soccer Recap: Tough Loss for Polytech

Polytech was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 9-0 to the Sussex Central Golden Knights.

Polytech has now lost 15 of their last 16 games on the road. That's part of the reason why they have a 1-9 record this season. As for Sussex Central, they pushed their record up to 8-3-1 with the win, which was their third straight at home.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Polytech is set to challenge their familiar foe Caesar Rodney at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Sussex Central will take on their in-conference opponent Milford at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
