Clyde was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They took an 8-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Jim Ned Indians. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Indians this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 9-7 last Friday.

Chasity Davis was cooking despite her team's loss, going a perfect 2-for-2 with one home run and two runs. Brileigh Dailey was another key player, scoring a run and stealing two bases while going 1-for-3.

Clyde's record is now 17-8. As for Jim Ned, they are on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-8 record this season.

Clyde will square off against Blanco at 7:00 p.m. on the 24th. As for Jim Ned, they will face off against Wall at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Indians 4.1, the Hawks 3.9) so any runs scored will be well earned.
