Basketball Recap: Beechwood Comes Up Short

Beechwood was the 74-69 winner over Highlands when they last played one another back in February of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Beechwood Tigers were just a bucket shy of victory on Thursday and fell 69-68 to the Highlands Bluebirds. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Beechwood's loss dropped their record down to 16-11. As for Highlands, their victory bumped their record up to 17-11.

Coming up, Beechwood will challenge Holy Cross at 7:45 p.m. on Wednesday. Highlands does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
