It's playoff time, and Royse City had no trouble coming through when it counted. They walked away with a 4-1 victory over the Wylie East Raiders on Thursday. Winning may never get old, but the Bulldogs sure are getting used to it with their seventh in a row.

Royse City's win was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 24-6. Those road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.4 runs on average over those games. As for Wylie East, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 17-11.

Royse City will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Raiders: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
