Edmond Memorial hasn't had much luck against Broken Arrow recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Bulldogs will look to defend their home field against the Tigers at 7:00 p.m. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
On Thursday, Edmond Memorial blew past Westmoore, posting a 38-7 victory. The result was nothing new for the Bulldogs, who have now won five games by 24 points or more so far this season.

Nick Booker produced another solid performance rushing for 194 yards and three scores while picking up 9.2 yards per carry. Those 194 rushing yards gave him a new career-high. Edmond Memorial also got help from Issac Woodard, who showed off his sure hands for 96 receiving yards.
Another reason for the win was Edmond Memorial's imposing defense, which managed to get into the backfield for four sacks. Bradyn McGowen refused to say out of the backfield, picking up 1.5 sacks all by himself. He was another major factor on D, picking up 1.5 sacks, forcing one fumble, and making seven total tackles.
Meanwhile, Broken Arrow faced Union in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Thursday. The Tigers took down the Redhawks 29-10. The win was nothing new for the Tigers as they're now sitting on four straight.
Broken Arrow found their leader in sophomore Colton Barlow, who made 15 total tackles (2.0 for loss) and defended one pass. Corey Sango showed off some serious burst, turning on the afterburners on one carry for 50 yards.
Edmond Memorial's victory bumped their record up to 6-2. As for Broken Arrow, their win bumped their record up to an identical 6-2.
Everything came up roses for Edmond Memorial against Broken Arrow in their previous meeting back in November of 2024, as the squad secured a 61-28 victory. One of the biggest obstacles the team faced in that game was the Tigers' Corey Sango Jr, who rushed for 86 yards and a pair of touchdowns. Now that he's got a second chance to win this matchup, will the Bulldogs still be able to contain Sango Jr? There's only one way to find out.
