After low-scoring totals in their previous three game, Harbor brought some dynamite into their most recent match. Everything went their way against the Monta Vista Matadors on Saturday as they made off with an 11-4 win. The Pirates might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six contests by seven runs or more this season.

With the victory, Harbor broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 12-5. As for Monta Vista, their loss dropped their record down to 12-6.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Harbor will square off against Scotts Valley at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Monta Vista, they will venture away from home to face off against Fremont at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Firebirds' pitching crew has only allowed 3.4 runs per game this season, so the Matadors' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
