Softball Recap: Make It Three in a Row for Bothell

Bothell lost to Woodinville back in April of 2025, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Wednesday. The Cougars came out on top against the Falcons by a score of 9-6. The victory was familiar territory for the Cougars, who have now won three contests in a row.

Addison Hall spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered five earned (and one unearned) runs on six hits. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in three consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, Kolbi Schmer was incredible, firing off two home runs, seven RBI, and one double while going 3-for-4. Those two home runs gave her a new career-high. Cheyenne Moore was another key player, going 1-for-3 with one home run, two runs, and two RBI.

They weren't the only ones working in the home run department: Bothell lost a few balls and finished the game with three home runs. That's the most home runs they've managed all season.

Bothell's record now sits at 13-3. As for Woodinville, with the defeat, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 9-4.

Bothell has already played their next matchup, a 7-2 win against Newport - Bellevue on the 17th. As for Woodinville, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, an 11-4 loss against North Creek on the 17th.
