Game recap: Christ Prep Academy wins against Jefferson County North

WINCHESTER, Kan. - the Patriots had a big 21-point first quarter on Saturday, sealing a 40-7 victory over Jefferson County North (Winchester, Kan.).

Christ Prep Academy scored on a Tanner Metzdorf touchdown run, a rushing touchdown and a Metzdorf touchdown pass to Chase Stamatis in the quarter.

After taking the lead on a Metzdorf touchdown run in the first quarter, CPA was up 26-0 at the half.

The Kansas City school expanded its lead to 32 points entering the fourth quarter. The Patriots' lone score in the quarter came on a Will Cook touchdown run.

Jefferson County North's only touchdown came on a 2-yard run in the fourth quarter.
