Volleyball Recap: Belton Triumphs

Belton posted their closest win since August 15th on Saturday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 victory over the Madisonville Mustangs. This was a revenge game for the Tigers: when they faced off against the Mustangs on Thursday, they had to take a 2-0 defeat.

Belton is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a massive bump to their 11-8 record this season. As for Madisonville, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 15-5.

Looking ahead, Belton will venture away from home to take on Harker Heights at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Madisonville, they will welcome Caldwell at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
