Football Recap: Osceola Grace Eagles Extends Winning Streak to Five

Osceola Grace Eagles extended their winning streak to five on Saturday, bumping them up to 6-3. They came within four points of losing the streak, but they secured a 28-24 W against the Illinois C Crusaders. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 47-12 back in September.

Osceola Grace Eagles didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. In fact, those interceptions all came courtesy of defensive juggernaut Peter Kinney.

As for Illinois C, they now have a losing record of 4-5. Despite 127 more yards than Osceola Grace Eagles, the Crusaders couldn't convert that extra yardage to scores.

Although Illinois C took the loss, they still got scores from Nolan Langston and Kellen Langston.

Osceola Grace Eagles does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Illinois C, they will challenge Cincinnati at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Eagles' defense has only allowed 14 points per game this season, so the Crusaders' offense will have their work cut out for them.
