Dustin Proctor was incredible, getting on base in three of his six plate appearances with one home run, two runs, and two RBI. He has become a key player for Rocky Mount Academy: the team is undefeated when he posts at least two runs, but 1-5 otherwise. Jordan Creech-Jones was another key player, getting on base in three of his six plate appearances with three runs and one stolen base.

Rocky Mount Academy's victory bumped their record up to 4-5. As for Harrells Christian Academy, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-4 record this season.
