Lehighton is 1-9 against Blue Mountain since December of 2018 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Lehighton Indians will look to defend their home court against the Blue Mountain Eagles at 7:00 p.m. Lehighton will be looking to keep their seven-game home win streak (dating back to last season) alive.
Last Thursday, Lehighton strolled past Panther Valley with points to spare, taking the game 68-53.
Meanwhile, Blue Mountain can now show off five landslide victories after their most recent contest on Thursday. Everything went their way against Tamaqua as Blue Mountain made off with a 76-54 win. Given Blue Mountain's advantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania basketball rankings (they are ranked 109th, while Tamaqua is ranked 378th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Lehighton has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record this season. As for Blue Mountain, their win bumped their record up to 12-1.
