San Joaquin Memorial won the last time they faced Madera and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Panthers blew past the Coyotes 3-0. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Panthers as it put an end to their three-match losing streak.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant San Joaquin Memorial was: they took every set by at least 13 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-10, 25-12, 25-8.

Leading San Joaquin Memorial to victory were Sarah Villalvazo and Jillian Yovino. Villalvazo had 11 digs and five assists, while Yovino had seven digs and three aces. That's the most digs Yovino has posted since back in September of 2024.
