Softball Recap: Ridgecroft Comes Up Short

If Ridgecroft was feeling good fresh off their 8-2 takedown of Bertie last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Ridgecroft Rams lost 15-0 to the Southampton Academy Raiders on Wednesday. The matchup marked the first time this year in which the Rams were not able to get on the board.

As for Southampton Academy, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Tidewater Academy at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday. Southampton Academy is facing Tidewater Academy at the right time seeing as Tidewater Academy is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
