Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Tolono Unity). Everything went their way against the Rantoul Eagles on Thursday as the Tolono Unity Rockets made off with a 54-32 win. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory the Rockets have posted since January 4, 2024.

Tolono Unity now has a winning record of 11-10. As for Rantoul, their defeat was their 13th straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 3-18.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Tolono Unity will face off against Bloomington Central Catholic at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Bloomington Central Catholic knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past three games -- so hopefully Tolono Unity likes a good challenge. Rantoul has already played their next contest (against Centennial), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
