Soccer Recap: Avon Takes a Loss

Avon lost against Fishers back in September of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Orioles came up short against the Tigers, falling 3-0. Avon have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Avon's defeat dropped their record down to 7-6-1. As for Fishers, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 6-8-1 record this season.

Avon will head out to square off against East Central at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Avon will need to watch out since East Central have now posted at least four goals in their last three matches. As for Fishers, they will welcome North Central at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
