Basketball Recap: Madison Puts Losing Streak Behind Them

Madison can bid farewell to their six-game losing streak thanks to their game on Friday. They secured a 42-37 W over the Scotts Hill Lions. This was payback for the Mustangs, who suffered a 55-24 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Madison's victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 5-8. As for Scotts Hill, their loss was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 10-8.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Madison will square off against Adamsville at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Scotts Hill, they will host Liberty Tech Magnet at 6:00 p.m. on January 31st.
