It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but George Wythe had no problem doing just that on Wednesday. They never let the Narrows Green Waves get on the board and left with a 6-0 victory. Considering George Wythe have won nine games by more than two goals this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

They hit Narrows with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Mason Tate (3), Lucas Mabry (2), and Zeshawn Thomas.

The win made it two in a row for George Wythe and bumps their season record up to 12-6-1. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those two matchups. As for Narrows, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-9-2.

Looking ahead, George Wythe will take on Auburn at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. Narrows does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
