Basketball Recap: Notre Dame Wins Going Away Against Crystal City

Notre Dame saw some tournament action on Friday. They put the hurt on the Crystal City Hornets with a sharp 58-37 victory.

Despite the defeat, Crystal City saw an underclassman step up: freshman Addison Bova went 5 for 11 on her way to 13 points.

Crystal City has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-3 record this season.

Notre Dame will take on Rosati-Kain in a holiday battle at at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Crystal City, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 70-36 loss against DeSoto on the 16th.
