Basketball Recap: Libby Takes a Loss

Libby was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 16th straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a 48-38 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Corvallis Blue Devils. That's two games in a row now that the Loggers have lost by exactly ten points.

Libby's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Corvallis, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Libby will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Bonners Ferry at 7:00 p.m. on January 7, 2025. As for Corvallis, they are headed away from home for the first time to face off against Ronan at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
