South Central waltzed into their match on Tuesday with ten straight wins... but they left with 11. They were the clear victor by an 82-56 margin over the Jacksonville Cardinals. The Falcons have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 17 contests by 22 points or more this season.

South Central was led to victory by Niyani Mayo and Kaelyn McCarter. Mayo went 8-for-15 to rack up 23 points along with six steals and five rebounds, while McCarter went 11-for-17 en route to 24 points and three steals. Mayo has been hot, having posted two or more steals the last eight times she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Brook Evans, who dropped a double-double with 13 points and 12 boards.

Jacksonville's loss came despite strong showings from Kelize Velez-Galan and Destini Benton. Velez-Galan posted 20 points and seven rebounds, while Benton went 5-for-11 on her way to 12 points and five steals. Destiny Holmes was another key player, putting up six points.

South Central's victory was their seventh straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 19-4. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 72.1 points over those games. As for Jacksonville, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 14-6.

South Central has already played their next game, a 66-30 win against D.H. Conley on the 14th. As for Jacksonville, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 73-27 victory against J.H. Rose on the 12th.
