Basketball Recap: Clarksville Academy Continues Home Dominance on Thursday

Clarksville Academy had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 29 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. They blew past the Northeast Eagles 60-35. Given the Cougars' advantage in MaxPreps' Tennessee basketball rankings (they are ranked 154th, while the Eagles are ranked 368th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Despite the loss, Northeast still got an impressive performance from Jo Sia Harris, who went 5 of 8 on his way to 10 points along with seven boards and three steals. Destin Jones was another key player, putting up nine points.
