After a string of three wins, Randolph's good fortune finally ran out on Saturday. They fell just short of the Edison Golden Bears by a score of 2-1. The Ro-Hawks were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Golden Bears apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in August of 2023.

Randolph's defeat dropped their record down to 12-6. As for Edison, with the win, they broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 5-7.

Looking ahead, Randolph will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Eagle Pass at 6:00 p.m. As for Edison, they will face off against Bandera at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday.
