Football Recap: Annandale Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Annandale might've scored the first points on Friday, but it was Edison who claimed the real prize. The Atoms took a 22-14 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Eagles. The Atoms have struggled against the Eagles recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

The critical scores for Edison came from Aiden Wesley, Delayno Curtis, and Jason Wilson.

Annandale's loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Edison, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-6.

Looking ahead, Annandale will challenge Hayfield at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Edison, they will take on Falls Church at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Jaguars will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something the Eagles surely won't give up without a fight.
