Last Friday, Algona made easy work of Waverly-Shell Rock and carried off a 28-7 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Bulldogs.

Meanwhile, MOC-Floyd Valley suffered their biggest defeat since September 27, 2024 on Friday. They came up short against Le Mars, falling 20-0. The loss was the Dutchmen's first of the season.
