Providence Prep won the last time they faced St. Mary and things went their way on Friday too. The Providence Prep Rams simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the St. Mary's Rams 73-37. Providence Prep has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six contests by 20 points or more this season.

When it comes to explaining why St. Mary's lost, don't look at Ty Zimmerhanzel. Despite the final result, he posted 20 points. That was a full 54.1% of St. Mary's points, marking the fourth time in a row he's had more than a third of the team's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Kolbe Barta, who scored eight points.

The win was the third in a row for Providence Prep, bringing their record for this year to 11-2. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 70.3 points per game. As for St. Mary's, they now have a losing record at 2-3.

Providence Prep didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 60-19 victory against Methodist Children's Home on the 14th. As for St. Mary's, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 62-19 defeat against Grace Academy on the 14th.
