St. Joseph Academy waltzed into their contest on Tuesday with three straight wins... but they left with four. Everything went their way against the Menendez Falcons as they made off with a 62-40 victory. Given the Flashes' advantage in MaxPreps' Florida basketball rankings (they are ranked 266th, while the Falcons are ranked 579th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

St. Joseph Academy's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Raymond Evans, who went 6 of 12 on his way to 13 points along with six boards and five assists. The team also got some help courtesy of Josh Wolff, who went 7 of 13 en route to 18 points.

Evans wasn't the only one working in the assists department: St. Joseph Academy was working as a unit and finished the game with 16 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.

St. Joseph Academy now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Menendez, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5.

St. Joseph Academy has already played their next match, a 66-28 win against Harvest Community on the 12th. As for Menendez, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 56-47 loss against Seabreeze on the 12th.
