Orangewood Christian barely beat Lake Howell the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Rams put the hurt on the Silverhawks with a sharp 3-0 victory on Wednesday. The win continues a trend for the Rams in their matchups with the Silverhawks: they've now won five in a row.

Orangewood Christian was especially dominant in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-19, 25-18.

Orangewood Christian can attribute much of their success to Avery Herman, who had 19 assists and three aces. That's the most aces Herman has posted since back in September of 2024.

Orangewood Christian's victory bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Lake Howell, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 4-1.
