Volleyball Recap: Muir Comes Up Short

Muir was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 19th straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Burbank Bulldogs. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bulldogs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

Muir's loss dropped their record down to 0-12. As for Burbank, they moved to 10-20 with that victory, which also ended their three-match losing streak.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Muir will challenge rival Hoover at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Burbank is set to take on their familiar foe Glendale at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
