Softball Recap: Guilford Falls Short of Hononegah in the Playoffs

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Guilford can now relate to. They came up short against the Hononegah Indians on Tuesday, falling 10-0. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Indians this season, with their most recent loss being a 18-0 defeat two weeks ago.

Guilford has also been struggling recently as they've lost ten of their last 12 games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-21 record this season. As for Hononegah, the victory (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 27-4.

As of now, neither Guilford nor the Indians have any future games scheduled.
