Basketball Recap: Carrizo Springs Victorious

If Somerset wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Carrizo Springs, they should've done a better job of containing Melanie Davila. The Carrizo Springs Wildcats narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Somerset Bulldogs 49-47 thanks in part to Davila, who went 13 for 21 on her way to 32 points in addition to eight rebounds and three steals. Those 32 points gave her a new career-high.
