Football Recap: Green Level Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Green Level extended their losing streak to five on Friday, dropping them down to 1-5. They took a blow against the Willow Spring Storm, falling 60-0. The contest marked the first time this year in which the Gators were not able to get on the board.

Chase Meyers threw for 86 yards on eight of 20 attempts. Derek Monroe was his top target, picking up 36 receiving yards. On the ground, Luke Pagan rushed for 55 yards.

As for Willow Spring, the win got them back to even at 3-3. Their offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

A big part of Willow Spring's victory came down to the chemistry between Ethan Dyk Es and his top target Javel Smith. Dyk Es rushed for 75 yards and one TD on only six carries while Smith gained 73 total yards and three touchdowns. Willow Spring also got help from Luke Maslow, who showed off his sure hands for 95 receiving yards.
