Skyridge has gone a perfect 7-0 against Wasatch recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. Skyridge will host Wasatch at 3:30 p.m. Skyridge is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 10.6 runs per game this season.
Skyridge was handed a heart-breaking two-run defeat in their last game, but they sure didn't let that happen against Mountain View on Tuesday. Skyridge was the clear victor by a 17-4 margin over Mountain View. The victory continues a trend for the Falcons in their matchups with the Bruins: they've now won five in a row.

Skyridge got a massive performance out of Kason Muhlestein, who went 3-for-4 with five RBI, two runs, and one stolen base. Those five RBI gave Muhlestein a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Rip Roberts, who scored three runs and stole a base while going 5-for-5.
Skyridge was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .500. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .379 or higher in four consecutive matches.
Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Wasatch, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Saturday. They walked away with an 8-4 win over Granger on Wednesday. While the Wasps didn't have the best season last year (they finished 6-21), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.
Bridger Shaw made a splash no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, pitching three innings while giving up just one earned run but no hits. That's the first time he hasn't allowed a single hit since back in May of 2024. He was also big at the plate, going 1-for-3 with two RBI and one double. That double marked the first that he hit this season.
In other batting news, Austin Brown was excellent, scoring two runs and stealing two bases while going 1-for-3. He has become a key player for Wasatch: the team is undefeated when he posts at least two runs, but 2-3 otherwise. Another player making a difference was Grant Mahoney, who went 2-for-3 with two RBI and one double.
Skyridge's victory bumped their record up to 5-2. As for Wasatch, their win bumped their record up to 6-3.
The pitchers for both teams better look sharp on Wednesday as neither team is afraid to steal. Skyridge has been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 3.4 stolen bases per game. However, it's not like Wasatch struggles in that department as they've been averaging an even more impressive 3 stolen bases. The only question left is which team can snag more.
Everything went Skyridge's way against Wasatch when the teams last played back in April of 2019, as Skyridge made off with a 9-1 victory. Will Skyridge repeat their success, or does Wasatch has a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
