There's no place like home for Calvary Christian Academy, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Urbana University Illineks by a score of 2-0 on Thursday. The Knights haven't had any issues with the Illineks recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Calvary Christian Academy easily took the second set, but they let things get interesting in the other. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-10.

Madison Orns paced Calvary Christian Academy's offense, picking up four kills. Orns got some help from Sidney Jackson and her eight assists.

Calvary Christian Academy's win was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 4-14. As for Urbana University, they are on a 37-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-22.
