Volleyball Recap: Hebron Christian Academy Victorious

Hebron Christian Academy won the last time they faced Plum Creek Christian Academy and things went their way on Monday too. The Mustang came out on top against the Explorers by a score of 3-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Mustang.

Hebron Christian Academy walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the fourth set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-18, 24-26, 25-13.

Plum Creek Christian Academy's defeat came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Rebekah Rasmussen, who had seven blocks and four digs. Rasmussen is on a roll when it comes to blocks, as she's now had three or more in each of the last six games she's played. Another player making a difference was Riona Reed, who had seven digs.

Hebron Christian Academy's win bumped their record up to 6-3. As for Plum Creek Christian Academy, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-7.

Hebron Christian Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Plum Creek Christian Academy, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Varsity Opponent at 7:00 p.m. on October 9.
