Soccer Recap: Gananda Central Gets the Win

Gananda Central barely beat Midlakes the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Blue Panthers never let the Screaming Eagles get on the board and left with a 4-0 victory on Saturday. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for Gananda Central considering their one-goal performance the match before.

The win got Gananda Central back to even at 1-1. As for Midlakes, their loss dropped their record down to 0-3.

Looking ahead, Gananda Central will host Red Creek at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The contest will give Gananda Central their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for Midlakes, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Geneva at 6:00 p.m. on the 16th.
