Southern Huntingdon County came tearing into Saturday's contest with seven straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. Everything went their way against the Juniata Indians as they made off with a 3-0 victory. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-21, 25-17.

Alle Young paced Southern Huntingdon County's offense, picking up seven kills. Young got some help from Caylen Thomas and her 11 assists. Thomas was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Southern Huntingdon County's win bumped their record up to 20-3. As for Juniata, their loss was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 2-6.

Southern Huntingdon County has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 defeat against West Branch on the 16th. As for Juniata, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-1 loss against Saint Joseph's Catholic Academy on the 13th.
