Softball Recap: Lee Academy Takes a Loss

Lee Academy lost against Williamsburg Academy back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Cavaliers lost 15-1 to the Stallions. The Cavaliers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Lee Academy saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ansley Nesbit, who went 1-for-2 with one run.

Lee Academy's loss dropped their record down to 3-12. As for Williamsburg Academy, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 8-6.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Lee Academy will welcome Richard Winn Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. The Cavaliers will need to watch out since the Eagles have now posted at least ten runs in their last four contests. As for Williamsburg Academy, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Carolina Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
